Room Rates

Taxes and Services Included

  • Buffet breakfast included in room rate
  • American breakfast: additional charges
  • Service in room: 10€ extra charge per room
  • *Courtesy platter: coffee, tea, herbal tea infusions and Corsican biscuits
  • **Minibar: still and sparkling mineral water (non-alcoholic beverages)
  • Additional guests in room (adult or child) : 150€ per night – from luxury rooms
  • Baby cot: 70€ per night
  • A minimum number of consecutive nights stay may be required during specific periods
  • City tax not included : 1,80€ / day / adult (to be paid directly at the hotel)

Deposits and Cancellation Policy for Rooms

In order to guarantee your stay, 30% of the total amount will be asked at the reservation.

Stay in seasons 1 and 4: from April 30, 2020 to May 19, 2020 and from September 20, 2020 to November 2, 2020
  • Cancellation 7 days or more prior to date of arrival : deposit refunded
  • Cancellation less than 7 days prior to date of arrival : deposit non-refundable
Stay in season 2: from May 20, 2020 to July 2, 2020 and from August 24, 2020 to September 19, 2020
  • Cancellation 14 days or more prior to date of arrival : deposit refunded
  • Cancellation less than 14 days prior to date of arrival : deposit non-refundable
Stay in season 3: from July 3, 2020 to August 23, 2020
  • Cancellation 21 days or more prior to date of arrival : deposit refunded
  • Cancellation less than 21 days prior to date of arrival : deposit non-refundable
In case of no show it will be kept 100% of the stay.

Late cancellations have a significant impact on the economic model of our establishment, which obliges us to a strict policy.

Private Villas

Rates based on accommodations for 8 guests.
Continental breakfast in private villa or buffet breakfast at the hotel is included in the rate.
American breakfast : additional charges.

Seasons 1, 2 and 4: from April 30, 2020 to July 2, 2020 and from August 24, 2020 to November 2, 2020

Minimum rental 3 nights.

Season 3: from July 3, 2020 to August 23, 2020

Minimum rental 7 nights (variable duration on request).

Services included : daily cleaning and heated pool
Extra services upon request: Babysitting, meals and refreshment services in villa, housekeeping, we are at your entire disposal for all additional requests ]

Deposit 50% of the total stay
The 50% balance must be paid 30 days prior to arrival

Hotel Dining Services

“La Table by La Villa” Restaurant
Open every evening from 7:30pm to 9:30pm

Bistro suggestion card for lunch.
Terrace service, at the pool bar from mid-June to mid-September, and at the restaurant and its terrace before and after season.*
For your comfort, reservation for dinner has to be made before 2:00pm : after this schedule, the availability cannot be guaranteed.
Correct dress is recommended in the restaurant La Table by La Villa.

Hotel Services and General Information

Transfers & Shuttles

Hotel Shuttle*: 18€ per day per room - 100€ per week per room
*from La Villa to the center of Calvi or our partner beach :

  • Schedules seasons 1, 2 and 4 (from April 30 to July 2, 2020 and from August 24 to October 5, 2020): 9:00 am - 8:00 pm
  • Schedules season 3 (from July 3 to August 23, 2020): 9:00 am - 11:00 pm

Transfer between the Calvi Airport and La Villa via taxi: 30€**
**Payment to be made directly to the driver.
Occasionally the hotel shuttle can provide the transfer at the same rate.

Car Hire

La Villa car rental services
Available models: Jeep Renegade, Smart Fortwo.
Cars must be picked up at and returned directly to the hotel.

General Information

The hotel includes 2 rooms specifically equipped for guests with reduced mobility, specially adapted access to the restaurant as well as the terrace and the pool.
Rooms are at your disposal from 3:00pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated before 11:00am on the day of departure.

All areas of the hotel is Non-Smoking.
Pets are not permitted on the premises.

To respect the serenity of our establishment cell phones are not recommended in common areas.
